What I really like about this headband is that it can fit me well. It doesn't squeeze my head because it can open and close easily. I have a big head and lots of hair, but this headband feels good. It's made from good stuff, and after using it a few times, I noticed it doesn't make me sweaty, even though I usually sweat when I sleep. It also plays music all night when I sleep.
There are small speakers that go over my ears in a little pocket. The buttons are in the front, on my forehead, but they don't hurt because they're covered with soft fabric. Everything in it is like little pockets, like in sports bras. You can take them out to wash the headband. You can even answer your phone with it! I use it to listen to nice music, sounds of storms, and to help me sleep or relax. To charge it, you just plug in a cord like the one for my tablet.
The sound isn't the best, maybe because it comes through the fabric, but I thought that might happen. It's good enough for me to block out other sounds so I can sleep or relax. I think it could also work as a sleep mask. This is a great thing to buy, and I might bring it with me when I go on trips.

Purchased this to help me fall asleep. I've had issues for years being able to fall asleep until I started to listen to rain sounds.
This Headband is really good. Easy to connect and you can adjust the speakers so that they are comfortable whilst laying on your side.
One issue is that the headset does not auto disconnect and switch off when the track ends. This will mean that you'll use a lot of your headband's battery by the time you wake to switch it off. Needs recharging every 3-4 days with consistent use. But the charging port is easily located and used.
